The Government have transferred the administration and control of Urdu Computer Training Centers and Urdu Libraries to the Minorities Finance Corporation during the year 2016. The Computer Training Centers were having old and out dated computers and other equipments. The Government decided to upgrade them with modern equipment and the Government have also decided the Urdu Libraries shall be merged with the Computer Training Centers and shall be called Urdu Computer Centers cum Libraries and permitted for upgradation of the Centers by procuring latest Hardware and Software and also by imparting latest training through ECIL to the existing faculties and deployed them at Urdu Computer Training Centers cum Libraries.

Presently (43) Urdu Computer Training Centres and 30 Libraries are running in 24 districts of the state.
